INTRODUCTION

It was barely two weeks after the June 4, 2005 Edition of 4 Streams of Income Seminar, held at the main auditorium of one of the leading Hotels in Lagos. A well dressed aged man, of an average height, dark skinned was ushered into my office.

From the moment he stepped into my office I knew within me that he should be in his mid-forties. He later confirmed he was 46years old.

He had attended the 4SI Seminar and was so touched and enlightened by the Lectures that he felt his training should really be introduced to every worker currently in employment new so that such would not be a victim of the same predicament he was suffering from.

As he relayed his story, he worked in the banking industry for more than 25 years, where he rose up to the position of General Manger (Operations) in one of the leading banks in the country. He earned a big salary, lived in big official house, with state-of-the-art furniture and other fringe benefits that befitted his office and status.

Everybody wanted to be his friend. Most of the high- profile investors in the industry were at his beck and call would always seek his opinion on any major investment decision they took.

Then happened! In one of the management meetings of his bank, He had taken a stance that was contrary to the view of one of the bank’s directors and to his surprise a letter of transfer was awaiting him in his office the following day which was actually a demotion in disguise, because now he had to report to a subordinate who was once his trainee in their training school.

Not minding the demotion and the insult on his professional status, he gladly resumed work, but exactly two weeks after he resumed in that new office he got another shocker, a sack letter! The greatest shocker he however got as he put it was the fact that he did not have other streams of income until he had attended our seminar.
